Starting Salary: £26,914 (inclusive of one sleep-in per week). Looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? Join our team as a Support Worker at our Supported Living Scheme in Sheerness.

As a Support Worker, you'll help adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties live more independently. You'll be part of a dedicated team, providing 24-hour support across three services. No two days are the same and every day matters.

From helping with daily routines to encouraging hobbies and personal goals, you'll bring patience, compassion, and a willingness to meet challenges head-on. We seek staff with positive attitudes, flexibility and good written and verbal communication.

Shifts

The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of £67.50 per night.

The 3 supported living homes are well presented, comfortable environments, with each benefitting from being within sight of a bus stop and there is also free parking.
