Overview

We are currently recruiting for our Floating Support Service in Bishop Auckland and East Durham, which offers practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs within their homes or in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and access opportunities for social inclusion with clients, working with them in a recovery‑focused manner according to their individual support plans whilst collaborating with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Ensure a consistent and coordinated service, assisting the Project Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of the service.

  • Full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
