About The Role

• Drive a manual minibus to transport individuals to and from designated locations.
• Assist with supporting individuals when not driving, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Participate in outings and help facilitate positive, engaging experiences.

We are seeking a minibus driver for our service, supporting pickup, drop-off, and outings. When not driving, you will support individuals directly. Blue Cedars is a day centre supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in Birmingham. We support individuals to live fulfilling lives, enjoy outings, visit parks, shop, and engage in activities like arts and crafts, music, and socializing.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, with each day presenting new challenges and rewards. Your role is vital in helping us achieve excellence in our field.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, and ensure safety and legal compliance.
• Develop engaging activity plans that foster autonomy and growth.
