A healthcare support provider in Bicester is seeking a proactive Support Worker to assist an individual with an acquired brain injury. This role involves supporting meaningful engagements and promoting independence. Ideal candidates are motivated, possess a full UK driver's licence, and have a clear speaking voice. Competitive pay between £15-£16 per hour and various benefits, including access to a health cash plan and training opportunities, are offered.
Pay rate: £15 - £16 per hour Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights) and 24 hour shifts (Days and Sleep-Ins)
We are looking for a friendly and proactive support worker to join our team in Bicester. You will be supporting an individual that is an independent, outdoorsy man with an acquired brain injury who enjoys an active lifestyle and meaningful routines.
He loves visiting National Trust sites, going to the cinema (especially Marvel action films), playing chess and dominoes, and getting to the gym twice a week.
We’re looking for someone with a clear speaking voice, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others live life to the fullest. You’ll support him with planning outings, encouraging new experiences, and making the most of each day. To make the most of meaningful activities and continued community involvement, we are looking for someone local who can offer consistent, person-centred support and has a full UK's driver's licence.
