What You'll Do
  • As a Children's support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
  • Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
  • Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
  • Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

It's a place where everyone can feel calm, relaxed, and at home.

We're currently sharing our home with three incredible young people, each with their own distinct personality and charm. They're all easy-going with great characters, and they really enjoy chatting with the team. It's truly heart-warming to see how much they value and enjoy the time they spend with their families. They're an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming. They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done. Being around them is a joy; their individuality and zest for life are truly inspiring.

With a wealth of experience, our team members range in age from their early twenties to late fifties, bringing a diverse range of perspectives and skills. Their caring and nurturing approach to providing the best possible care and outcomes for our young people is truly commendable, and it's this collective dedication that makes our team so effective and harmonious.
