A dedicated children's support organization in the UK is seeking a Children's Support Worker to assist young people with daily routines and provide emotional support. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in their lives through planning activities and fostering a nurturing environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Nestled in the beautiful North Shropshire countryside, our spacious five-bedroom detached house offers a truly unique and inviting setting. What makes it so special is its serene location, providing an abundance of peace and tranquillity. We fully embrace the surrounding natural beauty which offers a peaceful backdrop for daily life. It's a place where everyone can feel calm, relaxed, and at home.
We're currently sharing our home with three incredible young people, each with their own distinct personality and charm. They're all easy-going with great characters, and they really enjoy chatting with the team. It's truly heart-warming to see how much they value and enjoy the time they spend with their families. They're an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming. They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done. Being around them is a joy; their individuality and zest for life are truly inspiring.
Our team is a remarkable group of individuals who come together to provide exceptional support for the young people and each other. With a wealth of experience, our team members range in age from their early twenties to late fifties, bringing a diverse range of perspectives and skills. They have a wonderfully flexible and supportive approach to their duties, always willing to go the extra mile. Their caring and nurturing approach to providing the best possible care and outcomes for our young people is truly commendable, and it's this collective dedication that makes our team so effective and harmonious.
