A national support services organization in the UK seeks Support Workers to assist customers with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The role offers flexible hours, training opportunities, and a commitment to diversity. You will provide personal care, medication, and social support, ensuring customer records are maintained. No previous experience is necessary, but passion and teamwork are essential.

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Wantage to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. We offer great benefits, flexible working and all the training and support you need to kick start a rewarding career in Social Care. You must have a full UK driving licence as this customer has their own vehicle to access the community.
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with autism or learning disabilities.
