Qualifications

  • Must have experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Must have the confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of support workers.
  • Act as a role model for staff and engage actively with service users.
  • Maintain effective communication and accurate records.

Skills

Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour

Education

Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
