United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Support Specialist for data products based in London, with flexibility for Barcelona commuting. You will work directly with clients, understand pain points, and help them maximize our solutions across sports data platforms.

We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our team, with a focus on data products. You'll be responsible for working directly with clients from various organizations, potentially including those who play in notable competitions such as the Spanish LaLiga, French Ligue 1, English Premier League and others. As a team, our goal is to understand our clients' pain points and help them make the most of our solutions.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in London/Barcelona, and are available to work from our office at least three days per week.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

£27,000—£35,000 GBP
