Support Services Supervisor

Contract: Healthcare

Location: Derby, DE22 3NE

Hours of work: 37.5

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7. 7.5 hour shifts.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.45

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent position, as a supervisor within the ISS telecoms team based at Royal Derby Hospital. The successful candidate would be expected to work Monday to Sunday five out of seven days a week (37.5 hours).

The Role

The Telecommunication team based at the Royal Derby Hospital is looking for an organised and motivated individual, ideally with switchboard/call handling and supervisory background. It is essential the ideal candidate will be IT literate using Microsoft Office suite. The successful person will supervise the switchboard, helpdesk and reception services and have the opportunity to develop and grow within the department to lead the telecommunication team whilst deputising for the telecommunications manager and work with the trust to maintain and raise the high standards already achieved by the dedicated staff.
