A leading facility management company in London is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to oversee a range of services including Retail, Catering, and Cleaning. You will lead a small team, ensuring high standards of service delivery in a customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. This role includes a competitive hourly rate and is part of a permanent contract.

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.89
As the Support Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of a range of services including Retail, Catering, Cleaning and Portering.
You will lead and support a small team, ensuring staff are motivated, working safely, and delivering an excellent standard of service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people‑focused environment, has a practical approach to problem solving, and can manage multiple responsibilities while remaining calm and approachable.
