Contract: Healthcare

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London, SE184QH

Hours of work: 24

Working Pattern: Friday 2pm - 10pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm

Hourly Rate: £12.89

The Role

As the Support Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of a range of services including Retail, Catering, Cleaning and Portering.

You will lead and support a small team, ensuring staff are motivated, working safely, and delivering an excellent standard of service.

Your duties will include:
  • Supervising frontline teams across all service lines
  • Ensuring contractual standards, policies and procedures are followed
  • Providing guidance, support and on‑the‑spot decision‑making when needed
  • Monitoring staffing levels, break schedules and task allocation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any weekend queries or issues
  • Liaising with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and basic reporting via computer systems

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people‑focused environment, has a practical approach to problem solving, and can manage multiple responsibilities while remaining calm and approachable.
