Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and highly organised individuals to join our team in LLandudno . Based across 2 sites the post holder will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative & clerical support to the Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls into the department in a professional and courteous manner, using knowledge, skills and initiative to answer and deal with the call.
  • Provide professional, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative and clerical support.
  • Exhibit excellent time management, be well organised and prioritise workload demands to meet deadlines while producing work to the highest standards.
Key Competencies
  • High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems as they arise.
Language
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
