Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a number of Support Secretaries to join the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department in our elective service.



Responsibilities


  • To provide support to the secretaries within the department undertaking typing of ward rounds and clinic letters.

  • Undertake any clerical duties required by the team including any non-clinical administration duties as requested by the team.



Requirements / Qualifications


  • Experience in booking appointments within a hospital.

  • Excellent typing skills and good organisational skills.

  • Ability to work within a team as well as unsupervised.



Details

Hours are open to discussion (minimum requirement 15 hours per week).


Base Location: Poole and Bournemouth
