Job summary

Cornerstone is hiring a part-time caregiver in Irvine for 16 hours a week to support two women with daily activities, outings, and mobility. You will assist with mobility and use of tracking hoists, and be part of a team that delivers personalised care in a lively, community setting.

No experience is required; we will train you and fund recognised qualifications as you work, including support to join the SSSC framework. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• No experience required—training will be provided and funded qualifications will be delivered on the job.

Responsibilities

• Support two ladies with daily activities and mobility, including use of tracking hoists.
• Assist with activities such as music, theatre visits, cinema trips, shopping, and holidays.
• Travel with the ladies using a vehicle, supporting outings in the local area.
• Commitment to safeguarding and joining SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with training support.
