Job Title: Sole Support Partner

Start Date: Mid January

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sole Support Partner to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support across the business. This is a standalone role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mailbox & Queries: Manage an outsourced mailbox, respond to service queries, and handle data-related requests.
  • Portfolio Onboarding: Support onboarding of new portfolios and ensure smooth integration.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, enforce risk and control self-assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Financial Processing: Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records for auditing purposes (manual and digital).
  • Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist with monthly/annual reports, budgets, and perform bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Business Packs & Meetings: Prepare business packs and coordinate meetings as required.
  • General Administration: Handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and provide administrative support to management.
  • Systems Management: Use internal systems and MS Office for data input and information management.
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in compliance, finance, or a similar industry role (to enable quick onboarding).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Location: Manchester, UK - Two days a week in Media City, Manchester.
