Job description
Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced candidate to assist in the day-to-day delivery of our current voids property function. Based within Housing Repairs, you will have responsibility for the administration and co-ordination of void council properties, from the receipt of keys, entering the void onto the repairs system, monitoring, ensuring the transfer of keys through trades in the most efficient manner, through to completion. This will involve processing invoices (including checks and balances against quoted/contracted works), data administration, performance reporting, liaising with contractors and other departments, along with other varied aspects of general administration.

  • Entering the void onto the repairs system, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient transfer of keys through trades.
