Job summary

A healthcare organization in Wales is seeking an experienced Support Medical Secretary for the Cardiology Admin Team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Support Medical Secretary to join the Cardiology Admin Team in Glan Clwyd Hospital.

The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main duties of the job

The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Cardiology Department.

This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent). This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
