A healthcare provider in Edinburgh is looking for a dedicated individual to support the provision of secretarial and administrative services to medical staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and previous experience in a clinical environment. Working as part of a team the post holder will support the provision of a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrists and junior medical staff within teams, to allow the smooth and efficient performance of clinical duties and make a direct and positive contribution to the work of the team. The post holder must organise their own workload with defined guidelines. Advice is available as necessary.
