A leading healthcare practice in Sheffield is seeking a Support Manager to oversee the Reception Team and support the Management Team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, relevant qualifications, and experience in primary healthcare. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work autonomously. The successful applicant will not only play a pivitol role overseeing our Reception Team but also be key in supporting our Management Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient management and day-to-day direction of our Reception Team, ensuring all administrative duties are performed effectively and to the required patient care standard, meeting the objectives of the Practice.
The applicant will also support the Management Team in ensuring quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development, and to carry out other duties as directed by the Management Team.
Woodhouse HealthCentre is a large GP Practice in the south of Sheffield and we currently have over 12,000patients registered with us. The Practice has a large team of GPs, Nurses, Administrative and Reception staff who are friendly long-standing employees. The Practice is also a Training Practicefor trainee GP and Doctors. We also runour own Enhanced Access service which provide evening and weekend appointmentsfor our network.
