Job summary

N Family Club in London is seeking a Support Manager to lead nursery operations across Camberwell and ensure exceptional experiences for children and families.

You will manage teams, budgets and compliance, deliver the N Curriculum and cultivate strong partnerships with families and the community, with access to industry-leading training and development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Paediatric First Aid certification (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery operations across multiple sites, including rosters, budgets and compliance.
• Drive delivery of the N Curriculum and ensure high-quality play-based learning.
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance management.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Oversee health, safety and safeguarding standards and Ofsted readiness.
• Manage recruitment, inductions and staff retention.
• Report to senior leadership and support organisational goals.

As a Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the teams that make N Family Club such a special place. You will lead, coordinate, and empower colleagues across multiple functions, ensuring our nurseries operate smoothly and deliver exceptional experiences for children, families, and team alike. What You’ll Be Doing…

• Leading and managing all aspects of nursery operations, including team deployment/ rotas, budgets, and compliance
• Driving the delivery of our play-based N Curriculum, ensuring every child thrives
• Developing and inspiring your team through coaching, training, and performance management
• Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements are met
• Overseeing smooth daily routines and an engaging, safe learning environment
• Managing recruitment, inductions, and team retention
• Monitoring quality and implementing continuous improvement plans
• Reporting to senior leadership and contributing to wider organisational goals

Our Support Managers should have…

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid certification (12 hours) and a commitment to maintain it
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively
• A passion for supporting people and driving positive outcomes
