A healthcare service provider in the UK is seeking a Support Manager to lead teams in delivering quality support to individuals with learning disabilities. The role requires proven leadership skills and experience in a regulated care environment, alongside a Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to obtain one. This permanent, full-time position focuses on creating positive change and ensuring compliance with care standards.
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £36,339.97
You will be responsible for leading and managing several teams within a specific area, ensuring quality support is delivered to people which meets their needs and preferences along with complying with regulatory, contractual, legislative and organisational requirements. Implementing person‑centred support that improves the outcomes for people we support while ensuring people are in control of their lives.
This is a permanent, full‑time role (39 hours per week).
As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of several teams within a specific area.
