At the heart of this growth is our Support Team, and we’re looking for a Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our users. You’ll receive full product training through our certification programme, giving you the tools to build deep product knowledge and eventually grow into a more technical support role.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing or support environment who communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, and is eager to learn. Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk is a bonus, and any technical curiosity—such as an interest in SQL or software systems—is a definite plus.
