A leading tech company in the Milton Keynes area is seeking a Support Engineer to provide 2nd line support in M365 and Windows environments. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and offers a car allowance as well as opportunities for career progression. This is a fantastic Support Engineer opportunity to join a leading tech company. The role is hybrid: 3 days a week in offices around the Milton Keynes area and 2 days remote. Due to locations a driving license and car are essential. The role includes a car allowance but you will need your own vehicle from the start.
As Support Engineer you will be working in Windows, MS365 environments with in-depth knowledge of Windows 11, 10 and 7 and Microsoft Office 365. AD and usual experience with laptops and mobile devices are essential, as is some exposure to Azure. Windows Server and Imaging skills are essential. Issues/tickets may include printers, networking, tablets, backup and recovery. Experience with firewalls, security, migrations, SCCM or SQL Server are desirable but not essential. You will engage with 3rd party and internal stakeholders; strong communication skills and experience supporting both in person and remotely are essential. Solid experience handling a high volume of tickets/support requests is essential. Microsoft certifications are desirable.
