A leading recruitment agency is seeking Senior Customer Engineers to provide advanced desktop support, hardware and software configuration in London. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, relevant technical knowledge, and ideally have active SC Clearance. This role offers a pay rate of £18.90 per hour and a contract duration of 120 days.
Our Global Enterprise client is looking for Senior Customer Engineers to provide intermediate to advanced level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services. Senior Customer Engineers can also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break fix repairs. A Senior Customer Engineer is hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programs.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 120 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £18.90 p/h (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £21.46 p/h (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: London
Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.
