Currently this opportunity is for an experienced Support Engineer to join the technical team at the business. The IT Engineer will provide a new and key function within the mentioned technology team. The engineer will work with the Infrastructure and development technology to determine aspects of applications that should be monitored, alerts to be raised and what solution or automation should be put in place to resolve any issues and manage capacity planning.
