This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

Job Description

Purpose:
To create a well‑organised, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting key projects to ensure smooth and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly face of the office—greet visitors and handle calls with professionalism.
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations including emails, post, filing, and supplies.
  • Support compliance and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and systems.
  • Coordinate team holidays and lead Care Professional engagement activities (e.g. newsletters, recognition programs).
  • Provide admin support for projects to ensure timely and effective rollout.
  • Offer basic IT support such as setting up users and managing email accounts.
  • Assist with any additional tasks to support the Franchise Owner and overall business success.
  • Uphold equality and diversity standards in all aspects of work.
What You’ll Bring
