Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
• Experience with individualized support strategies preferred.
• Valid MN driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with group and individual activities.
• Promote community integration and independence.
• Develop social skills in individuals with disabilities.
• Implement therapeutic plans for safety and well-being.
