Catalyst Choices are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Care Worker / Care Giver to join our team at Linear Park Care Home in Newton‑le‑Willows area. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day‑to‑day needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Your role will include building meaningful relationships, planning and supporting engaging activities, and ensuring each person receives personalised care that reflects their choices and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care and support.
  • Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility.
  • Build trusting relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities and community life.
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider care team and health professionals.
