The Role

To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.

The Package
  • We have a number of permanent Support Assistant posts based in Ballycastle Area, Ballymoney & Coleraine Area, Ballymena Area& Belfast & Ballyclare Area.
  • Salary scale is Band 2 Level 1 – 4 (£24,401 – £25,281 per annum)
  • Full-time posts are available and part-time post will be considered for some the supported living schemes.
  • Relief (casual) Contracts are also available for all areas
  • Waiting list to be created for future opportunities
