Tradewind Recruitment are working with Primary Schools across the West Midlands providing them with short and long term supply cover across Nursery - Year 6.

We are seeking dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children. This is a great opportunity for an ECT looking to build confidence and experiencing teaching or an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a better work life balance.

Duties:
  • Educate and support children with autism in a classroom setting
  • Provide individualised tutoring and guidance to students
  • Utilise special education techniques to enhance learning outcomes
  • Mentor and encourage students to reach their full potential
  • Incorporate creative writing activities into lesson plans
