About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality teaching support across a range of secondary schools in the Crewe area.

This is a full-time role (5 days per week) with an immediate start, ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across different subjects and year groups within a secondary setting.

You'll be stepping into a range of classroom environments, delivering engaging lessons, ensuring continuity of learning, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Quickly adapt to different school settings, year groups, and subjects as required
  • Provide feedback to school staff and contribute to pupils' learning progress
  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
