Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects and key stages.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and motivated in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Follow the school’s curriculum and ensure continuity in learning.

Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting (UK-based preferred).
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and routines.
• Availability for short notice or pre-booked assignments is advantageous.
