Overview

Prospero Teaching are seeking Supply Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in Middleton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for teachers with strong behaviour management skills who can act as positive role models for young people. This flexible supply position is open to both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Some day‑to‑day roles may be extended into longer‑term cover depending on school needs.

  • Full time/part time: Both available depending on school requirements
  • Minimum rate of pay: From £140 per day
  • Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (full day) / Half‑day options available (AM or PM)
Experience, Training & Qualifications Required
  • QTS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up‑to‑date Safeguarding training (issued within the last year)
To Be Eligible, You Must:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child‑barred list DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Provide two professional child‑related references
