Job summary

Simply Education Ltd. is recruiting Primary School Teachers to work on a supply basis in Grantham and surrounding areas ahead of the September 2026 academic year.

Opportunities include EYFS, KS1 or KS2, with short-term, day-to-day, and longer-term roles where you may take on full class teacher responsibilities. Flexible work arrangements help you fit the role around your lifestyle.

Qualifications

  • Holds QTS or QTLS, or has relevant experience leading primary school classes.
  • Experience working with young learners in an educational setting.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Understanding safeguarding, inclusion and positive outcomes for every learner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supply teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 on daily or short-term placements.
  • Take on full class teacher responsibilities for longer assignments.
  • Adapt to different schools and year groups while maintaining high teaching standards.

Simply Education continues to work in partnership with primary schools in Grantham and the surrounding areas. Ahead of the new academic year, we are looking to recruit Primary School Teachers to work on a supply basis.

Opportunities may include working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, with short-term placements, day-to-day cover and longer‑term assignments where you can take on full class teacher responsibilities. The flexibility of supply teaching means you have control over the type of work you take on.
