Supply Teacher

A Supply Teacher is needed in a Coeducational Grammar School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Supply Teacher position will be part time and temporary.

If appointed as a Supply Teacher your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Covering different subject lessons and ensuring class objectives are met
• Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promoting positive behaviour across the class
• Working alongside other members of the team and providing them with relevant updates on completed work

The rate of pay for this Supply Teacher post will be between 130 and 180 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Mixed Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old located in the London Borough of Bexley.

It was established in 1955 and there are currently just over 1500 pupils on enrolment.

In 2016, 100% of the pupils attained 5 GCSE grades from A to C and 99.1 % of the A Level grades were A to D.

IB classes are taught alongside A Level.

Notable former pupils include professional athletes and an MP.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you recently qualified as a Supply Teacher or are an experienced Supply Teacher.
