About the role

We’re building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo, and this role leads the performance agenda for the entire supply strategy organisation. As Supply Strategy Senior Manager – Performance, you will bring together operational, financial and competitive performance to create a single, coherent view of how Supply is performing — and what needs to change.

You will shape the performance rhythm for Global Supply & Procurement: defining KPIs, leading Tier 6 analysis, spotting performance draggers, and turning insight into clear strategic action. You’ll also support executive‑level communications, helping the Head of Supply Strategy and President of SC&P articulate performance and strategy internally and externally.
