Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a Supply Relationship Manager to oversee supply agreements, governance activities, and strategic customer relationships for Global Key Accounts. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service and drive next-generation supply models.

You will coordinate complex governance, contract negotiations, and lifecycle management while collaborating with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Commercial teams to deliver stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline or strong biotech/pharma product understanding.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, CGT exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary supply-related contact for Global Key Accounts.
• Coordinate governance activities: business reviews, steering committees, exec communications.
• Manage supply agreements throughout lifecycle: negotiations, implementation, forecasting, pricing.

Job Description

As a Supply Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing supply agreements, commercial operations, and strategic customer relationships for Global Key Accounts. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure excellent customer service, drive governance activities, and support the development of future supply models.

YourResponsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply-related contact for assigned Global Key Accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer governance activities, including business reviews, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Manage supply agreements throughout their lifecycle, supporting contract negotiations, implementation, compliance, forecasting, pricing, and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
• Identifybusiness opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and support the development of future supply and digital business models.

Qualifications

• You ideally hold aBachelor's or Master'sdegree in a scientific discipline; alternatively, you bring a strong understanding of biotech or pharmaceutical products and business contexts.
• You have professionalexperience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally with exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy business and product environments,andyou are confident workingat the interface of customers, products, and supply topics.
• You understand CGT-related business needs and product details and have developed your career further in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable interface function.
• You have strongcontract and stakeholder management skillsand cancoordinate complex projects across multiple teams.
• You have excellentcommunication and relationship-building skillsand interact confidentlywith customers and senior stakeholders.
• You have strongorganizational skills,approach problems proactively, andare willingto travel whenrequired.
