Job summary

I C Talent Ltd in Bourne and surrounding area is seeking enthusiastic, Fully Qualified Primary Teachers to join our team to educate students in Schools in and around Bourne and the Surrounding area.

You can choose the days you’re available, with some teachers seeking regular work each week and others preferring occasional days. ECTs and returners are welcome, and we can discuss what works best for you.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively.
• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering engaging lessons.
• DBS check (child only) available through I C Talent.
• Safeguarding training (and Prevent) available via I C Talent.

Are you an enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for your next exciting role?

I C TALENT are currently recruiting for highly experienced Fully Qualified Primary Teachers to join our team to educate students in Schools in and around Bourne and Surrounding area.

We are looking for Primary Teachers that are looking for more flexibility within their working week to have good work life balance. We are also looking to work with ECT that are keen to build up classroom experience or returning teaching after a career break.

We have opportunities to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, so whether you have a particular year group you enjoy or simply want to experience different classrooms and schools we can look at what works best for you.

You can choose the days you’re available and the type of work that suits you. Some teachers may be looking for regular work each week, while others may only want the occasional day. Either way, we’re happy to have a conversation about what you’re looking for.

Requirements:

• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Strong Classroom Management
• Passion and excitement in the classroom
• A child only enhanced DBS (Can apply for one through I C Talent)
• Safeguarding, Prevent and Allergy Training (Can be done through I C Talent)
