Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit passionate Supply Primary School Teachers to work along-side our multi-academy trusts within the Gloucester and South Gloucestershire area.

This is an exceptional chance for an individual enthusiastic about inspiring and developing young lives and empowering each student to thrive through dynamic and welcoming education.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver lesson plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum.
  • Record and report progress: Keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues.
  • Manage classroom behaviour: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability.
  • Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations.
  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND

To register with Affinity Workforce Solutions, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS).
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to put one in process (we can support with this)
  • Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
  • Ability to provide references for the last two years (can be a combination of professional, academic and character).
