You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute
  • Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team.
  • Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to achieve category goals.
  • Deliver performance against schedules and plans using system tools.
  • Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support improvements in planning to enhance customer fill rate, inventory, and waste metrics.
What you will bring

Experience and knowledge including:

  • Supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics expertise within FMCG/CPG environments.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and data analysis.
  • Experience in supply review and IBP cycles.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

This role operates within a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. No relocation support available.
