Pay Rate: £30,000-£31,400
Grade: M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday daytime office hours
Location: Burton on Trent - DE13 0BB

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Responsible for the team that accurately replenishes stock in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring all demand is fulfilled first time and in full
  • Monitor and review the flow of stock throughout the Network, ensuring that products are best placed for customer allocation
  • Manage all staff performance & absence management in line with company policy
  • Deliver team performance evaluation, metrics that inform internal measurement and support team development and training requirements
  • Set up review processes with suppliers to ensure improved service levels
