What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Sales and Demand teams to align supply with market needs
• Managing inventory to avoid stockouts and reduce excess
• Scheduling production to meet delivery targets
• Coordinating with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely materials
• Analysing performance data to uncover insights and drive improvements
• Mitigating risks with proactive contingency planning
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Logistics, Procurement, and Quality
• Reporting on KPIs and presenting actionable insights to leadership

What You Need To Be Successful In The Role

• A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in supply or production planning
• Strong grasp of inventory management and ERP systems (SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
