Advantage Resourcing is partnering with a leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Supply Officer based in Belfast. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of suppliers, driving performance across the end-to-end supply chain in a digital environment.

What will you be doing?

• Managing supplier portfolios using business and digital tools.
• Anticipating risks and implementing mitigation actions.
• Overseeing demand, forecasting, and supply prioritisation.
• Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Leading supplier recoveries and performance improvements.
• Defining ordering strategies and applying process automation.
• Managing Order Books, MRP Master Data, and stock levels.
• Supporting supply chain transformation projects.

A couple of things you should know

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
• Skilled in SAP/MRP systems and digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving and project management experience.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles and transnational collaboration.

• Willingness to travel when required.
