The EKC Training, part of the East Kent Colleges Group, is seeking an Employability Supply Lecturer to support adult learners across our dedicated adult learning centres. This role offers flexible working within our supply pool and the opportunity to impact learners in a college environment in Sunderland.

About The Role

EKC Training, part of the East Kent Colleges Group are seeking to appoint an Employability Supply Lecturer to their approved staffing list to support with delivery of programmes for adult learners across our dedicated adult learning centres. This could be a great step towards a career with us as a group. We have a history of our Supply Lecturers being successful in further roles within our group. As a Supply Lecturer you will;

• teach, train and assess students in your subject specialism(s)
• ensure a high-quality learning experience
• provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential

Please note that our Supply Lecturers are paid £19.37 per hour worked and if planning and admin is required, a further half an hour may be claimed per hour of teaching. £145 per day is therefore for rate for 5 hours teaching with 2.5 hours of planning and admin. Any addition to the approved staffing list is not a guarantee of employment or hours of work. Once you have been interviewed and all pre-employment checks are complete, you will then be placed within the supply pool of staff available for temporary work.
