Job summary

Kids Planet Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to cover flexible, as-needed shifts, supporting children’s development and routines in a nurturing nursery. You’ll join a friendly team, access accredited training through KP Academy, enjoy wellbeing perks, discounted childcare, and a supportive central office.

Desirable but not essential Level 2 qualification; an enthusiasm to learn is welcome.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Job description

Through providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.

By working flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.

By building positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.

An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.

Knowledge of safeguarding children.
