Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Representative to support day-to-day execution of supply chain operations in a highly integrated production environment at Redcar. You will coordinate materials, systems and logistics, manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, and liaise with suppliers and logistics providers.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, ERP (Sage), and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience within supply chain, logistics, or customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ERP system experience (Sage preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of S&OP and supply chain processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes through ERP systems
• Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries and outbound product logistics
• Monitor and resolve system and data discrepancies across automated interfaces
• Support S&OP processes through accurate reporting and data management
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers
• Prepare regulatory and operational reports, including HMRC and sustainability compliance
