Job description

Supply Chain Planner 3-Month FTC (Food Manufacturing)

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 (DOE)
Location: Warwickshire
Contract: 3-month fixed term

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract to help a busy food manufacturing site get through a particularly hectic patch - and to cover a bit of internal reshuffling.

If you are open to a short-term contract that could open doors in a large, well-known food manufacturing group - keep reading.

You Ll be joining the Supply Chain / Planning team, keeping production and materials planning on track during the Christmas madness. There ll be the usual chaos you d expect in a food site at this time of year - last-minute order changes, capacity squeezes, and a few people on holiday who ll still somehow be copied into every email.

So, who might this suit?

  • Maybe you re a Production Planner or Supply Chain Planner between jobs, looking for something to get you through winter.
  • Or perhaps you re a bit more senior - a Planning Manager or Planning Team Leader -happy to roll your sleeves up for a few months and keep cash coming in while you find your next big thing.

Either way, you ll need to be good with data, fluent in Excel, and ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics (though that s not a dealbreaker).

Food manufacturing experience is ideal, but if you ve planned in any fast-moving manufacturing environment, you ll probably cope just fine.

If you do a solid job here, there s every chance your name will stay on the radar for future roles across the wider group.
