Are you a detail-oriented planner with a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Nuneaton where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our prepack production and third‑party scheduling runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining weekly / monthly production plans to optimise factory performance and cost efficiency.
  • Managing finished goods stock control across internal and third‑party systems.
  • Leading weekly production / planning meetings and representing planning in daily site meetings.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Technical, Logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Service.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs providing insights and analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Supporting NPD projects and artwork changes minimising write‑offs and managing obsolete stock risks.
  • Providing holiday cover for other planners and supporting MRP‑related tasks.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in Production or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Knowledgeable in production scheduling, OEE and stock management principles.
  • Proficient in Excel and other planning tools.
  • Analytical with the ability to reason logically and present findings clearly.
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to see the bigger picture and influence across multiple levels of the business.
