Qualifications

• University students graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of their degree.
• Applications from students graduating in 2027 or 2028, or those who have already graduated.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Strong foundational problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• You will work on real and live business challenges during the placement.
• You will receive formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
• You could lead projects for new product launches or promotions.
• You may forecast and act as a key supply chain partner for major retailers.
