Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is recruiting a Supply Chain Officer to provide day‑to‑day support across customer programme activities. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and help manage governance, planning and contract deliverables in a regulated environment.

About the role

At Rolls‑Royce SMR, we’re tackling the energy challenge head on by building the next generation of clean energy. The appointment of a Supply Chain Officer will be an essential role at Rolls Royce SMR to provide day‑to‑day support across customer programme activities.

You will be reporting to our Supply Chain Manager and your role will look like,

Responsibilities
  • Assist Supply Chain Managers with governance, planning, procurement administration and contract deliverables
  • Support procurement and supply chain activities across multiple customer workstreams
  • Coordinate planning activities, customer approval processes and contract governance requirements
  • Assist with bid documentation, tender responses and procurement strategy development
  • Maintain documentation, deliverables and stakeholder communications in line with contract and document control requirements

We seek a collaborative and proactive individual who will have had exposure in regulated or safety‑critical environments (as you would expect nuclear “know‑how” will be of great interest to us, whilst those from defence, aerospace and manufacturing sectors may all have transferable capability).

Location & Working Arrangements

This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard.

Rewards & Benefits
  • A salary between £42,00 and £55,150 depending on experience
  • 12.5% performance related bonus
  • A benefits allowance of £2,200 to build a personalised package
  • Pension – 12% employer, 6% employee
  • Holidays – 28 days + public holidays (option to buy/sell up to 4 days)

  • Life Assurance – 6× pensionable pay £250

Pay Range: £42,000.00 - £55,125.00
