Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager looking for an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale, bespoke automation projects with an innovative and growing business?
On offer is the chance to join an industry leader in bespoke control systems, factory automation, and robotics, working across the food, beverage, and plastic container handling sectors. You'll manage diverse, multi-million-pound projects for clients across the UK and internationally, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the board, where you'll coordinate engineering teams, plan resources, oversee project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships. You'll also have the opportunity to progress into a senior leadership position overseeing manufacturing functions including fabrication and machine build.
This role would suit a Supply Chain / Project / Planning Manager with experience managing complex engineering or automation projects, looking to step into a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing company that rewards innovation, drive, and results.

The Role
